On 13th December 2024, it became a legal requirement that all businesses selling into the EU (and NI) had an authorised representative. 

The result ... a lot of business owners stopped selling to the EU. They feared the paperwork and cost and it was hard to find information about what steps to take. 

A year on from the legislation coming into effect we're lifting the lid on what you need know so that you can start selling to the EU, confidently, quickly and without too much red tape.
